When we purchased our home a couple of years ago, it did not bother us that there were tree stumps in the back yard. If this turns out to be the best thing that I can find I suppose that is how it is going to be, but for the moment I do not see the point in settling right off. You can do that in the last resort. I would love to find something where there was the opportunity to advance.
